Holly M. Nikolich currently serves as a Managing Partner for the firm. She offers her clients more than 19 years of experience practicing law in Sarasota. Raised in Englewood, Florida, she has resided in Sarasota County most of her life.

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001, her practice focuses on the representation of buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, closings, title insurance, business/corporate law, estate planning, and probate matters. She also advises clients on the structuring of complex real estate ventures and loans, and related business transactions. Mrs. Nikolich currently represents numerous professional property management companies, as well as individual landlords and tenants.  Issues related to property acquisition, investment, rental, disposition, tax compliance, foreign tax matters, and corporate compliance are core strengths for Mrs. Nikolich.

With her background as a registered nurse, Mrs. Mika brings to her law practice a client-centered focus, and has experience in the areas of probate, estate planning, and family law.

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000, her practice focuses on the representation of clients who need various levels of estate planning, elder law, and business entities. She also advises clients on the structuring of trust and assets for Medicare compliance, as well as the ever-changing rules of Social Security benefits and disability issues. Issues related to long-term life insurance, asset protection, and family asset structuring are core strengths for Mrs. Mika.
